Daily progress
Few things to mention today, I'm back to work normal duties, thinking I need a new job/new company
Holosync I've been doing the Holosync every morning, waking up early, putting it on and shutting my eyes, this is probably not the most effective way, but the test will continue this way until I work up more willpower/make a habit of having more energy.
Diet My diet is nearly complete it goes as follows.
Gym days
Breakfast - Milkshake consisting of 4 eggs, 2 cups of greens (kale or spinach) an avocado, honey, hemp seeds, milk
10 am - Snack, various nuts,
lunch 12 a meat only meal steak or beef usually
after work, nuts on the way home again
Unsure pre workout
Post workout
oats/protein and a meal of rice and beef.

Workout My workout yesterday went very well, Increasing weight easily following a modified 5x5 routine.
Yoga Today will report later..
I need a better format for everything a specific one for meals gym etc..

Today in the progress of turning my life around, lets call this day 2.
A(1) - I've decided with the help of a friend to stop drinking. It seems to hold me back. So today is day 1 Alcohol free.
HS - I'm now doing holosync in the morning, today was my first time 30 minutes, felt really nice, crazy visuals when focusing on the sound, very relaxing.
D - I'm changing my diet to strictly eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts/seeds all 100% organic and locally grown/raised foods.
Over the last year I've paid attention to the foods the don't agree with me, I accomplished this through self-awareness. These foods include most fruits, most carbs, wheat, sugar being the big one.
Y - Today I did yoga for 75 minutes, my first session back, harder than I expected, my knees need the most work/strengthening. This is the beginning of my yoga every second day routine.
G - Tomorrow

Improving life
Today I tried to force myself for a number of hours to realize what it is I truly want out of life. I'm more lost than ever.
What did I learn?
- Don't force yourself to give you answers, it's a losing battle.
Next step.
- Take advantage of what you have. Union benefits (I don't support unions, more on that later)
August first my benefits are reinstated, glasses, dental, massage, chiro, etc. I will use them all up over the period of about a month, readying myself for a new adventure.
Go for drivers examination July 23, ill be getting my license back within a month.
