Daily progress
Few things to mention today, I'm back to work normal duties, thinking I need a new job/new company
Holosync I've been doing the Holosync every morning, waking up early, putting it on and shutting my eyes, this is probably not the most effective way, but the test will continue this way until I work up more willpower/make a habit of having more energy.
Diet My diet is nearly complete it goes as follows.
Gym days
Breakfast - Milkshake consisting of 4 eggs, 2 cups of greens (kale or spinach) an avocado, honey, hemp seeds, milk
10 am - Snack, various nuts,
lunch 12 a meat only meal steak or beef usually
after work, nuts on the way home again
Unsure pre workout
Post workout
oats/protein and a meal of rice and beef.
pre bed shake
Workout My workout yesterday went very well, Increasing weight easily following a modified 5x5 routine.
Yoga Today will report later..
I need a better format for everything a specific one for meals gym etc..
