Today in the progress of turning my life around, lets call this day 2.
A(1) - I've decided with the help of a friend to stop drinking. It seems to hold me back. So today is day 1 Alcohol free.
HS - I'm now doing holosync in the morning, today was my first time 30 minutes, felt really nice, crazy visuals when focusing on the sound, very relaxing.
D - I'm changing my diet to strictly eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts/seeds all 100% organic and locally grown/raised foods.
Over the last year I've paid attention to the foods the don't agree with me, I accomplished this through self-awareness. These foods include most fruits, most carbs, wheat, sugar being the big one.
Y - Today I did yoga for 75 minutes, my first session back, harder than I expected, my knees need the most work/strengthening. This is the beginning of my yoga every second day routine.
G - Tomorrow
